Granted, this isn’t a practical approach because I purchased Smooth in mind to cycle on and off with Rush, not to mention I would be taking Gorilla Mode Pre Workout everyday.

I had decided to take one day of stimulant break between my Smooth testing just to be 100% free of all outlaying factors. I should confirm right from the start that this is in fact day 3 in the grand scheme of things, but day 2 of using Smooth. If like me, you are already a decently productive and goal driven person, you might not even recognize the effects of 3 caps of Smooth. I was quite underwhelmed because I was expecting the same focus that came with Rush, that was nowhere to be seen. The best way I can describe the peak effects, is how I feel coming off Rush at the end of the day. It was a little before an hour had past when I realized low to moderate effects had taken effect.Īlthough it wasn’t the mind numbing focus of Rush, I did feel some of the residual effects. After 30 minutes, or around the same amount of time it took for me to feel the effect of three caps of Rush, I still had not felt any of the effects of Smooth whatsoever. I took 3 caps of Smooth on an empty stomach at 0830.
